About CASP 101
- CASP 101 is a summer transition program required of all new CASP scholarship recipients. Please note that CASP 101 will be held in a hybrid environment for the summer of 2024. We will be sending more information the closer we are to the program dates.
- CASP 101 does not take the place of your College orientation. Visit the New Student Website to learn more.
- At CASP 101 we'll review your scholarship commitments, benefits, and resources and provide you with an opportunity to meet your peers, current students, staff, and faculty.

Information for 2024 Cohort Incoming Scholars
- CASP 101 Helpline - 858-666-5160
- Call the Helpline with any questions regarding CASP 101. If you or any of your family members have any questions regarding CASP 101 programming, please call the Helpline number between the hours of 9 am to 4 pm from July 29th - August 9th
- If you are attending Summer Bridge or another summer transition program, you will be exempt from CASP 101.
- We highly encourage you to attend Summer Bridge, and if time allows, you are welcome to attend portions of CASP 101.
- If you did not attend CASP 101 and were granted an exemption, please follow the instructions that were sent to your UCSD and personal email. You must complete the instructions sent to you in order to remain in good standing with the program.
